General information about Aldes Connect

Where can I download the Aldes Connect ™ application?

Aldes Connect ™ is iPhone and Android compatible. You can download it for free from Apple Store and Google Play.

How does my Aldes product communicate with the Aldes Connect ™ app?

Aldes connected products communicate with the application using the Aldes Connect ™ Box modem which is connected to the Internet via your wi-fi network. Aldes Connect ™ Box must be connected to the product.

What is Aldes Connect ™ Box used for?

Your Aldes Connect ™ Box is used to make the link between your Aldes product and your Aldes Connect ™ application.

Where can I buy the Aldes Connect ™ Box modem?

You can buy the modem from any of our distributors.

Is the Aldes Connect ™ Box modem guaranteed?

Yes, your Aldes Connect ™ Box is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase of the product.

Is the AldesConnect ™ application free?

Yes the app is free and can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple Store.

What can I do with my app?

With InspirAIR® Side, Inspirair® TOP and EasyHOME® PureAIR, you can control and program the ventilation modes, monitor your indoor and outdoor air quality.

Installation & pairing

What does pairing my product mean?

Pairing is the process that allows you to connect your product with your application so that they can recognize and communicate with each other. This action only takes place once the first time you use the product in your application.

How to create my account?

You need to download the app, then choose “create an account”.

I forgot my password

On your application you must go to “My Account” which is in your personal information. Click on the “forgot password” link to retrieve the information.

Can I install the application on several smartphones to control the same product?

Yes, you can install the application on several Smartphones and log into the same account (the one with which you paired your product). In case of simultaneous use, the last action taken will be effective regardless of the account used.

Can I install multiple products on the same application?

It is possible to pair as many products as you want on the same account and therefore the same application. All you need to do is add a product to your home screen.


Is my internet box compatible with the Aldes Connect ™ Box modem?

Your internet box must be equipped with wi-fi so that the modem can connect to the product and send the information back to the application. Your wi-fi box must be on the 2.4GHz network. If your box is on the 5GHz network, configure your box in its settings to separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. All you need to do is connect to the 2.4GHz network to pair the product. After pairing, you can return to your 5 GHz network if you wish, but you will have to leave the 2 separate networks (2.4GHz and 5GHz)

How can I verify that the Aldes Connect ™ Box is properly connected to the Internet?

A green light is displayed on the modem.

I cannot connect Aldes Connect ™ Box to my wi-fi box

Check that the wifi key is correctly entered in the application (lowercase and uppercase zero and letter O for example) and that your phone is connected to the same wi-fi network. Your wi-fi box may need to press a button to allow new equipment to connect.

My Aldes Connect ™ Box has trouble receiving wi-fi or disconnects from time to time.

Move or install your Aldes Connect ™ Box away from or on another side of your Aldes product

What happens in the event of an internet cut?

AldesConnect ™ works thanks to the Aldes Connect ™ Box modem which is connected to your internet box. If you no longer have internet, you will no longer be able to control your product from the application, but if you were in weekly programming mode, it will run normally. However, the product will continue to operate in the last mode chosen.


Aldes Connect ™ Box does not turn on

Aldes Connect ™ Box is not or not properly connected to the product or the product is not powered. Unplug and re-plug the modem, verify that your product is powered and working. If the problem persists, contact the after-sales service.

My Aldes Connect ™ Box is flashing orange

Check that your internet box is well connected to the internet.

Check that you do not have a proxy to access the internet.

What do the lights mean on my Aldes Connect ™ Box?

Blue flash light: data transfer in progress

Wi-fi indicator

Steady green light: connected to the internet box

Flashing orange light: Checking the network connection

Flashing red light: not connected to the wi-fi Internet box

Flashing purple light: downloading an update

My Aldes Connect ™ Box is green but I cannot control my product

Your internet network may go through a proxy or authentication via CCU validation or the like, so that the Aldes Connect ™ Box cannot connect to the internet but is well connected to wi-fi. In this case, it is necessary to select another network
